The Transform30 Challenge
The Transform30 Challenge is a healthy lifestyle program where you will be introduced to new foods, which will set you on a path towards a healthier lifestyle. Many of the foods and action steps required for the challenge will become habits and part of your lifetime plan for optimal health. The Transform30 Challenge offers you an opportunity to cleanse and rejuvenate. Your diet will consist of whole foods, along with daily Power Shakes. You will be invited to say “yes” to drink water, exercise, zero wheat, zero dairy, and complete deep breathing exercises for 30 days. We believe that by saying “yes” to developing positive habits, then it becomes easier to avoid old habits that do not support a better you!
